This Production Mechanism is mainly designed to Produce the Sandwich Panel in the combination of Polyurethane(PU) & Polyisocyanurate(PIR) Core and Flexible Facing Materials such as Steel Coil(Sheet), Aluminium Foil, etc.; or unlike a Continuous Mechanism, Rigid Facing Materials such as OSB(Oriented Strand Board), MGO(Magnesium Oxide) Board, Fiber Cement Board. and the like.

This Line is much better for Multi-Products in Medium Batches with Various Kinds of Facing Materials as well as even General Wall such as Hidden Joint Wall & Interlock Joint Wall and Trapezoidal Roof with Steel Facing.
It is also appropriate for Spcialized Sandwich Panels such as Cold Store Panel, Clean Room Panel with Complete-Sealed Sides and Inner Chennel for electric / thermal wire or Inner Channel Structure for higher Compression & Structural strength, and similar concept of panels.
