This Production Mechanism is mainly developed to cover the Jumbo Sandwich Panel Production Needs by the Continuous Production Performance while not achievable by a Current Continuous Sandwich Panel Production Mechanism due to No Merit in Performance and Huge Investment.

These Jumbo Sandwich Panels are Mostly applied to the Customized Residential Buildings such as Cottage, Pastoral House or any Unit House while Guaranteeing the necessary Compression & Structural Strength.
This production line is developed to Produce the Jumbo Polyurethane(PU) & Polyisocyanurate(PIR) and even Phenol Sandwich Panel equipped with Inner Frames like Purline or Channel and enforce the Compression & Structural Strength and not to need any Additional Materials for Better Temperature & Strength.

We suggest the Jumbo Panel Size is to be max. 4,000mm(W)×16,000mm(L)×360mm(T) for Unit Dwelling Construction.    
For Sandwich Panel Skin, this Mechanism could employs Rigid Facing Materials such as Fiber Cement Board, OSB(Oriented Strand Board), MGO(Magnesium Oxide) Board, etc. as well as Flexible Facing Materials such as Steel Coil(Sheet), Aluminium Foil, Environmental Wall Paper, etc.,        We will supply the Korean Advanced Automatic Turnkey Production Line.
